Our Process 

1. Define Position Specifications

  • Ensure understanding of client's business and culture
  • Obtain client consensus on position's scope and responsibilities, compensation package, reporting relationships and the profile of the candidate
  • Develop and validate the search plan

2. Identify and Assess Candidates

  • Identify and confirm target sources using PRC's database and network of contacts
  • Identify candidates
  • Screen and evaluate candidates
  • Create short list for in-depth interviews
  • Review profiles with client
  • Conduct in-depth interviews and submit finalists to client

3. Client Interviews

  • Facilitate client interviews of candidate
  • Receive feedback from client and candidate to determine next steps
  • Client or PRC conducts reference checks
  • Client selects finalists to proceed in the selection process

4. Final Selection

  • Conduct finalist interviews
  • Finalist selected
  • Negotiate salary and benefits (PRC can participate at client's request).
  • Agreement on start date
  • Inform candidates not selected

5. Follow Up

  • Ensure smooth transition for executive
