Profile: The role of the Business Development/Pursuit Leader is best defined as �Team Leader� when facilitating the pursuit of new business, or maintaining existing business, and developing relationships at the �C-Suite� level. The Business Development/Pursuit Leader aligns all pursuit activities with the Firm�s objectives and drives the process to uncover all needs and issues of the potential client. The Business Development/Pursuit Leader works alongside the Client Service Pursuit Leader to build the appropriate team in response to the client�s oral or written requests. The assigned Business Development/Pursuit Leader also works with the Communication and Pursuit Strategist and Graphic Designer to develop winning communication strategies. The Business Development/Pursuit Leader also participates in client-facing activities. This is a senior business development role that requires operating at the highest levels, influencing senior decision makers, creating and executing a 'win' strategy and facilitating an effective campaign on the firm's largest opportunities.

Qualifications: -4 year degree, advanced degree preferred -15 plus years career experience -Experience working on multi million dollar complex solutions -Experience leading, coaching and influencing -Public speaking experience preferred
